1. who is Gugu I am a lover of sports, especially football. Orlando Pirates is my number 1 love and the centre of my world.
2. when did you fall in love with the team you supportI cannot remember a time in my life when I did not love Orlando Pirates, my mom is an avid Orlando Pirates supporter from a young age and growing up, I remember watching matches with her, so my love for the game and Orlando Pirates was a given.
3. which team do you support and whyI support Orlando Pirates Football Club (through thick and thin, come rain or shine) I just love them, they are awesome, exciting, the history, the truimphs, the disappointments, our black and white colours, and more recently the red-hotness, the fans, the passion! There is so much to love about this great team I could go on forever!
4.what are your sacrifice towards the team you suppportWell, the only one I can remember at the moment is that last weekend I had the choice between paying my outstanding speeding fine and buying the new Orlando Pirates home jersey...And what did I do? You know it, I bought my jersey. If I'm caught at a road-block, no regrets, it's worth it :-)
5.what would you like to see at the stadiums to make supporters attend gamesWhat I would like to see, is the stadiums being more family-friendly- the misbehaviour of some fans because of over-consumption of alcohol or simply because they are idiots, is something that bothers me a lot, but what bugs me even more is that security personel just stand there watching the match instead of intervening when people misbehave. Another thing, people at the front (bottom stands) stand up, then the people behind them can't see, again the security personel do nothing! The smokers are another problem, it's really inconsiderate for smokers to smoke on the stands, while we are trying to enjoy the game, and this disgusting smoke comes your way and there is nothing you can do about it, again the security is useless. And the last thing, which SA just can't do. People need to sit at their allocated seat numbers, what's the point of having seat numbers if they arer used??
6 are you a card carrying memember if not why notI am very embarrased to have to say this but I am not, I always mean to do it, but then I don't...
7.how often do you go to the stadium. As often as I can...lately I've been going regularly, to our home games and games played at Soccer City.
8.where do prefer to seat when attending a matchI prefer to sit in the middle, close to the front though
9 suites or grandstand?Grandstand...I have sat in the suites before, and no thanks! The atmosphere is just not the same, it's a bit too formal, it's more fun in the crowds, amongst fellow fans, singing along to your teams anthems and meeting new people!
10. which is you favourite stadiumI will give a sentimental answer and say Orlando Stadium, for the simple fact that it is our home ground and because of the rich history that is part of Orlando Stadium. It is a huge part of not only Orlando Pirates' history and legacy, but also of South African football in general. But the most beautiful stadium wiuld have to be Moses Mabhida, never watched a game there, but it's on my to-do list :-)

P.S - It was awesome being at the stadium on Saturday! But Guess what? When Oupa Manysa scored I was on the bathroom, I heard the celebrations but I didn't know which team had scored, I prayed that it was my team! And it was :-)
